How to delete a Listing from Rental Ninja?

ONLY if you are using Rental Ninja Channel Manager or Rental Ninja iCal, you should follow the indicated steps below.

NOTE ! If you are using Rental Ninja PMS and thus connected through an external provider: the listings' configurations are usually managed by the provider. Please contact them to understand how to delete a listing.

Recommendations BEFORE deleting a Rental:

  1. Check that all Channel's connections are disconnected for the listing Learn how to do this in the designated articles:

  1. Download/Export any important details from Rental Ninja. For example: Accounting data, Reports, Future Bookings, Media files)

How to delete a Rental?

  1. Go to Rentals

  2. Search for the Rental and click on View

  3. Go to Info

  4. Scroll all the way down and click on Delete

What happens if I don't disconnect from a channel before deleting a listing in Rental Ninja?

This depends per channel. Usually it means that Rental Ninja is still connected to the Channel and is thus still the source of truth. This could mean that the calendar will be blocked on the channel AND that you won't be able to make any modifications directly on the channel's dashboard. To correct this, you will need to re-establish the connection with Rental Ninja and follow the steps indicated above.
