How to disconnect a property from Booking.com?

It is possible to disconnect your properties on (A) Account or (B) Rental level:

A. On Account level

  1. Go to the Distribution page

  2. Open the Booking.com connection

  3. Click on Bulk Actions

  1. Select Deactivate connection for all active rates

  1. A pop-up will appear asking you to choose between two options. Choose the one that applies to your situation:

  • I want to close this property for sales in Booking.com, > this will ensure that the calendar is fully closed in Booking.com

  • I want to stop sending rates and availability this property for sales in Booking.com> this will stop synchronizing pricing and availability, leaving the calendar open on booking.com

The last steps are done on Rental level:

  1. Go to your Booking.com extranet and disconnect the Connectivity Provider

  1. Go back to the Distribution page on Rental Ninja - Booking.com connection.

  2. Search for the property in the list and click on "---"

  3. Click on Remove hotel

B. On Rental level

  1. Go to the Distribution page

  2. Open the Booking.com connection

  3. Search for the listing and click on the small arrow to open it

  1. Click on Manage (1) Rate(s)

  2. Click on Deactivate (under the 3 dots)

  1. When you deactivate the last active rate, a pop-up will appear asking you to choose between two options. Choose the one that applies to your situation:

  • I want to close this property for sales in Booking.com, > this will ensure that the calendar is fully closed in Booking.com.

  • I want to stop sending rates and availability this property for sales in Booking.com >this will stop synchronizing pricing and availability, leaving the calendar open on booking.com

  1. Go to your Booking.com extranet and disconnect the Connectivity Provider

  1. Go back to the Distribution page on Rental Ninja - Booking.com connection.

  2. Search for the property in the list and click on "---"

  3. Click on Remove hotel

Note: When disconnecting from Booking.com, all confirmed bookings (past & future) will remain active in Rental Ninja. You will not be able to modify them in Rental Ninja manually.
