Publish your prices with a Markup on the OTA's

What is a Markup?

A Markup is a surplus that allows you to increase your published prices with a certain percentage. Markups can be defined per channel.

Most, if not all connected channels support markups. It is possible to add a markup on your Rental Price and your (flat) Fees. In other words, no Taxes nor percentage Fees can have a markup.

How to add a Markup?

The channels will allow you add a 1 markup for your Rental Price and 1 markup for all your Fees. It will be possible to add the Markups when connecting to each Channel, as well as afterwards.

When connecting:

It will be requested to you through the steps while connecting your listings to the channel.

After connecting:

  1. If the channel allows Bulk Actions, usually it will allow you to add a price and fee markup for all properties at once.

  • Clicking on the 3 dots right next to the desired listing

  • Update listing Content

  • Update only selected areas

  • Select Fees and Taxes & add the desired mark up
