My new Team Member has previously used the platform, how can I invite him?

What to do if you want to invite a Team Member that previously had a access to the platform (through my team or another) ?

If you want to invite a Team Member that previously had access to an account, know that the user already has an "account" in the platform, however he has currently NO access to any Team because he is not a Team Member of any Team.

So what should I do?

First, double check that the user has been deleted as a Team Member from the Team they were a part of (this can be your Team or another one).

If NOT DELETED as a Team Member, remember that there can only be 1 access to the account per email address. Thus: If the user was previously a Team Member from a different account, the Owner/Administrator of the previous account needs to delete them as a Team Member. If not possible, you will need to invite the user with a different email address.

If YES DELETED as a Team Member, please go ahead and invite the Team Member again.

Since, the user has already an "account", but no access to a Team (see quote above), he will just need to accept the invitation to become a Member of your Team through the invitation received by email.

They can then directly log in with their email address and the previously used password (it does not matter if they previously were a Member of the same Team or another).

Once done, please make sure they refresh the page to be able to see all details.
