What data is synchronised with Blueground?

Updated immediately when modified:

  • Price

  • Availability

  • Minimum stay

  • Extra guest price

  • Changeover restrictions

Updated once a day:

  • Fees (mandatory)

  • Taxes

  • Damage Deposit

  • Same day booking cut-off

  • Property's basic information, including Sleeps, Max Sleeps, Currency.

  • Address & Floor number

  • Location

  • Description

  • Photos

  • Amenities, excluding rooms

  • Number of bathrooms

  • Check in & out times

What data is NOT synced with Blueground?

  • License number

  • Number of bedrooms, toilets, kitchen, bed types

  • Discounts

  • Cancellation policy. (Blueground offers 1 cancellation policy only, please consult their support team for more details)

  • Down payment

  • Check-in place

  • Optional fees

  • Terms & Conditions

Important notes:

  • Whenever a guest books through Blueground, you will have 48 hours to accept or decline the booking. If not responded within that timeframe, the booking will be automatically confirmed.

  • Blueground manages the payment of the entire booking (except the damage deposit). The guest has the option to pay Blueground everything in full or in different installments.

  • In most cases the Damage deposit is paid to the host by Blueground. After which, the host is responsible for returning it to the guest. HOWEVER, it is recommended you consult your specific case with Blueground directly to double confirm.
