Notes:
Whimstay retrieves the property data per regular intervals. Hence, after the property content is updated in Rental Ninja, it is Whimstay that is responsible for correct data retrieval. It is not possible to trigger the update from Rental Ninja.
Payment method: Whimstay collects full payment from the traveller at the time of booking. Whimstay sends the payout for each reservation 24 hours after the guest checks in. The funds are deposited into the bank account the host sets up during the onboarding.
Booking Modifications: Booking modification made in Rental Ninja are not synchronised with Whimstay. Modifications (both from guest and host) can be done via the Whimstay channel and these modifications will be synchronised to Rental Ninja.
