How to connect to Whimstay?
Pre-requirements to connect to Whimstay
Rental type: Whimstay does NOT accept: Aparthotel, Boat, Camping.
Pictures: at least 10 pictures are required.
Licence number is provided
Legal: Mandatory to fill in all required data
Location: property needs to be in one of the following locations: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Spain, UK, USA.
How to connect?
Go to the Distribution center
Connect to Whimstay, if not done yet.
Follow the indicated steps
Accept Whimstay's Terms and Conditions & privacy policy
Click on Connect properties
Whimstay will contact you to set up a 15 minutes Onboarding Call. Make sure to be responsive.
Click on Connect your first property or Add properties
Select the properties you wish to connect
Click on Continue (2x)
Indicate the markup you want to add on the Rental price & Fee and select a Down payment model
Click on Publish properties on the lower right side of your screen (you may have to scroll down a bit to see it)
The published properties enter the Pending status. The Whimstay reviews the connections requests.
Hover over the Pending status icon. You may provide the live link to this property being listed in the Whimstay website. Rental Ninja does not have access to information whether it is live or not. Note it is not mandatory, but properties with no live link will not enter the Active status.
