Important notes:

  • Booking requests come in via the HousingAnywhere platform and the host is notified by email and SMS. The booking requests are not sent to Rental Ninja, only the confirmed bookings are sent to Rental Ninja.

  • Cancellations in Housing Anywhere are NOT synced with Rental Ninja. Thus, if the guest cancels, the booking is to be cancelled manually in Rental Ninja too. Contact our support team if you need any help with this.
