Managing Rate Plans for Booking.com
What happens when you map a property with Booking.com, that has multiple rate plans in Booking.com?
By Default, Rental Ninja only syncs rates with the Standard Plan. If you have more Rate plans, you must decide to activate the sync of those extra plans with Rental Ninja OR to delete them to make sure that all details are synced correctly.

Non-refundable rate
Weekly rate
Monthly rate
To correct the sync, you will need to either activate the sync or delete these rate plans.+
Check if the extra Rate Plans are Depending on the Standard Rate or if they are independent:
Dependent rates: The rates are derived from the Standard rate, for example: 10% less than the Standard Rate. Go to step 2.
Independent rates: These are separate rates, not relying on any other rates. Go to step 3.Dependent rates:
You must +delete* the plan in Rental Ninja.
Go to Distribution > Booking.com > Find the Rental > Check Notifications > Find the Rate Plan > ··· > Delete
Independent rates:
You must (a) activate them or (b) delete them, depending on how you prefer to operate.
3a. To activate them, go to Distribution > Booking.com > Find the Rental > Check Notifications > Find the Rate Plan > Activate
3b. To delete them, take BOTH steps indicated below:
go to Distribution > Booking.com > Find the Rental > Check Notifications > Find the Rate Plan > ··· > Delete
go to Booking.com > Rates & Availability > Rate Plans > delete the desired rate plans
