How to connect to Agoda?

Pre-requirements to connect to Agoda

For Agoda, the first character of the Property name must be an English letter.
The listing must have at least 3 pictures
Licence number must be provided
Description cannot contain more than 5000 characters
The property must be available in the next 365 days
The property must have at least 1 amenity that indicates there is: parking, a pool, internet, pets allowed or a smoking policy.

First of all, you need to set Quick Connect as the connectivity provider in Agoda. To do so, you must send an email to [email protected] with your username, Agoda log-in email and sample Agoda property ID and inform them that you intend to work with Quick Connect. The Agoda team will set up the connection for you.
When you have the confirmation of Agoda, you may proceed.
Go to the Distribution center
Connect to Agoda
Follow the indicated steps
Click on Synchronize your first property OR Add more properties
A dialogue window appears with the question if the property is already published in Booking.com, Click NO and follow the next steps. Instead, If the property is already listed on Agoda, please follow the steps indicated in "Map a listing" below.
Fill out your Agoda CHAIN ID at hand. If you do not have it, please contact the channel directly.
Choose the properties you wish to connect
The content quality is analyzed. The process should take up to a few minutes.
If the properties are ready to publish, adjust the mark-ups for each of your properties. If the properties are not yet ready to publish, please correct the indicated. After correcting them, wait for about 10 minutes and retry.
Click the Publish properties button.
The published properties enter the Pending status. The channel reviews your properties and their status will be updated automatically. It can take up to 24 hours before the pushed property is visible in the Agoda dashboard.

Provide the Agoda HOTEL ID of the property you want to map. Hotel ID can be found in the Agoda dashboard. If you are unable to find it, contact the Agoda Support Team.
Click on Connect this room
Select the Rental Ninja property to which you want to connect it
Click Next
