How is Guest Communication managed through the platform?
Guest Communication flow & What ways does the Guest have to contact me?
The platform's Guest Module will help you to manage smoothless check-ins and allows you to enable self check-ins.
The communication flow with your Guest will be as follows:
The Guest will automatically receive the PreCheck-in Form requesting their arrival, contact (and legal details).
After the Form has been filled out, the Guest will obtain access to the Online Guest Portal with all the needed details for their arrival and stay in your Rental.
In the Guest Portal, the Guest will find various options to directly contact you.
Contact options through the Guest Portal:
Contact phone number on the main page with a direct link to call
Maintenance phone number on the main page with a direct link to call (optional)
Agency's emergency phone number in the Settings section of the Portal with a direct link to call
In the Guide, you have the option to add (email/phone/whatsapp) links to provide more contact options to your Guests (optional)
