After filling out the Pre Check-in, the Guest will obtain access to the Online Guest Portal. However, if the Guest prefers he can also download the Mobile Guest App.

You can find the Guest Login Code in the Booking details of each Booking.

Can be downloaded through the Google Play store & App store
Once downloaded & opened, the App can be accessed without internet connection
The Mobile App is accessed with the personal Guest Login Code of a Booking.
The Guest can find the Guest Login Code himself in the Settings part of the Online Guest Portal
OR
You can share it with him directly; you can find the Guest Login Code of the Booking inside each Booking.
