There are three types of pictures in the Rental Ninja: Booking, Rental and Payment pictures. They depend on what are they related to.

Booking pictures

They show information related to a Booking. So, for instance, if you want to add a picture/video of the documentation of the customers, go to the booking view of that Booking, go to the Media tab and add the Picture or Video. This way the media will be classified as a Booking picture/video. To know how to find the Booking view of a particular Booking, please visit the Booking view article

Rental pictures

They show information related to a Rental. So, for instance, if you find something broken in a Rental that needs to be fixed, go to its Rental view, go to the Media tab and add the picture. This way the media will be classified as a Rental picture/video. To know how to go to the Rental view of one of your Rentals, please visit the Rental view article.

Payment pictures

They show information related to a Payment. So, for instance, if a customer makes you a payment by card and you want to attach a receipt photo/video of the payment to record it, after saving the payment, you can add the picture in the Payment information view. However, if you want to add the picture/video later, follow the next procedure to attach the picture/video: look for the Booking view of that booking, go to the Payment tab, then look into the list for the Payment you want to attach the photo to, click on the info icon of the Payment (the blue "i") and add the picture/video via the add picture icon.
