IMPORTANT Notes:
Houfy applies its own 5% API usage charge at checkout, separately from your nightly rate. When a guest books, a separate "API usage charge" line — 5% of the booking subtotal, before taxes — is added to the guest's total in the price breakdown, the same way a cleaning fee or service fee would appear. It is not folded into the nightly rate, which is why it isn't visible anywhere on the listing page itself when checking the published rates.
