Overview
Strategy management in Rental Ninja empowers businesses to customize revenue and cost distribution based on specific criteria. It allows you to define the logic for calculating net revenue for recipients, including homeowners, property managers, and agencies.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Accessing the Strategy Editor
Navigate to Accounting > Statements and select Recipients.
Click the Edit button under Strategy.
2. Configuring the Strategy
General: Enter the legal information, contact details, and payout information for the recipient.
Logic:
Define rules based on criteria such as property, rate type, and revenue source.
Use operators like AND, OR, and EXCEPT to combine conditions.
Fees and Services:
Specify how to allocate costs and revenue for items charged under Fees and Services in the booking breakdown.
Use keywords to create exception rules based on specific breakdown items.
Recurring Items:
Add non-booking breakdown charges, such as cleaning fees or check-in services.
Configure recurring expenses based on bookings or a specific interval.

Logic Operators:
