Jobs will be created automatically for you when set up in the Scheduled Jobs section. However, it could be that you need to delete 1 Job for various reasons. For example, the Cleaning does not need to be done, because the new Booking is for the same guest OR the check-in does not need to be done, because the Guests are frequent visitors and know everything already.

How do I delete 1 Job?

You can delete ANY Job (coming from a Scheduled Job series or a one time Job manually created) through any of the following options:

  1. From within the Booking

    • Open a Booking

    • Search for the Job you want to delete in the Tasks section

    • Click on the "trash can" button

  2. From the My Jobs or Team Jobs list

    • Go to the Task Module

    • Go to My Jobs OR Team Jobs

    • Search for the Job you want to delete

    • Click on the "trash can" button

  3. From the Task Calendar

    • Go to the Task Module

    • Go to the Task Calendar

    • Search for the Job you want to delete

    • Click on the Job

    • Click on the "delete" button

Important notes

  • When deleting a Job through one of the above mentioned options, you will only delete the Job selected, NOT the entire Scheduled Jobs series
