Jobs will be created automatically for you when set up in the Scheduled Jobs section. However, it could be that you need to delete 1 Job for various reasons. For example, the Cleaning does not need to be done, because the new Booking is for the same guest OR the check-in does not need to be done, because the Guests are frequent visitors and know everything already.
How do I delete 1 Job?
You can delete ANY Job (coming from a Scheduled Job series or a one time Job manually created) through any of the following options:
From within the Booking
Open a Booking
Search for the Job you want to delete in the Tasks section
Click on the "trash can" button
From the My Jobs or Team Jobs list
From the Task Calendar
Go to the Task Module
Go to the Task Calendar
Search for the Job you want to delete
Click on the Job
Click on the "delete" button
Important notes
When deleting a Job through one of the above mentioned options, you will only delete the Job selected, NOT the entire Scheduled Jobs series
