The user needs to request the refund of the prepaid amount BEFORE ending the first 60 days of their subscription with Rental Ninja by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The subscription of the user needs to be canceled by the user themselves, BEFORE contacting Rental Ninja Support about the refund.

The 60 day Money back guarantee period is NOT applicable for subscriptions enjoying a promotion or special discount.

The user/company has enjoyed a Trial period of the software within the last 12 months.
The user/company has used Rental Ninja before, but was connected with a different Channel Manager.
The user/company has previously been subscribed to Rental Ninja for longer than 2 months.
