Rental Ninja's symbology system helps you to identify those bookings that have some problems related to payments or situations that require someone's attention such as arrivals and departures.
The alerts are created as early as there is something that requires your attention and they last 2 months. After this period, they will be deleted from your account, which is the maximum length we estimate that you need to solve such issue.
This article describes the symbols used in the alerts system:
Booking with no alerts:
This icon indicates that the booking is ongoing and there are no further alerts to consider.
Booking arriving:
The landing airplane indicates the arrival of a booking on the specified day.
Booking departing:
The taking off airplane is indicating the departure of a booking on the specified day when there are no alerts to be noticed.
Missing payments alert:
This is an alert symbol that indicates that there are missing payments in the booking. This only appears from the arrival day and will disappear once the booking is fully paid, adding the payments via de payments tab of the corresponding booking. Then it will turn into missing damage deposit alert if the total amount of the payments is lower than the booking cost plus the damage deposit.

Missing damage deposit alert:
This is an alert symbol that indicates that the booking payments are completed but the damage deposit is not fully paid. This only appears from the arrival day and will disappear once the deposit is fully paid, adding the payments via the payments tab of the corresponding booking.

Already left alert:
This is the most critical alert. It appears when there are missing booking payments after the departure day. Thus, this means that customers left before fully paying the due amount! So it will disappear once the amount left is added via the payments tab of the corresponding booking.

Urgent cleaning needed alert:
This alert is triggered by someone that requests an urgent cleaning in one of the rentals because of any reason. Once the cleaning is completed, it can be checked as "done".
